Sparks’ locally shot ‘The Choice’ arrives on Blu-ray, DVD May 3

Nicholas Sparks fans will be able to swoon over the North Carolina author’s latest Wilmington-shot film adaptation at home this spring. “The Choice” will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD May 3 and on Digital HD three weeks earlier on April 19. The film, which opened in theaters Feb. 5, follows the blossoming love between southern bachelor Travis (Benjamin Walker) and medical student Gabby (Teresa Palmer), who must face life’s hard choices as their lives converge.
